Last weekend Alex and I went out on a really fun date night.
We started out with dinner, which was pretty good. He is always fun to go out to eat with. There isn't the distraction of a TV or music or anything else so he actually talks to me and listens to me. Which is nice.
He really tries hard to listen and talk when we are like watching TV or doing something else but I know that it is hard. So going out to dinner is always a good way to get him to talk back to me.
After dinner I had the brilliant idea to go mini golfing. We wanted to make it a little more interesting so we bet that loser had to buy ice cream. Of course it is a wonderful idea to bet that I could beat a guy that loves to golf. He says its different but he sure did a good job for it being totally different (he got TWO holes in one).
After I lost (horribly I might add) we went out for ice cream. Which was delicious!
Date nights are always fun. Man I love that boy!
