My desk is in a prime location to hear people's conversations. It's not like I try to listen in, but people like to congregate around my desk and chat.
Today I heard:
"I can't make the 3:30 meeting because I have an appointment at the tanning salon."
A man said that. A 45 year old man.
Sometimes I get to hear some real gems.
